Only 8 overnight guests please. Policies Check-in & Check-out Check-in is at noon and check-out is at 5 p.m. Payment and Deposit Policy A $100 deposit will secure your reservation. Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will result in forfeiture of your deposit. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days before your arrival by check. No Pets Policy Although we understand that you may have the world’s best behaved little doggy, we don’t allow pets of any kind. Damage Policy A $250 security deposit will be required a week before your stay. This can be secured with a credit card. Problems? If you have any problems, complaints, or recommendations, please let us know. We want a chance to take care of any problems quickly and implement recommendations whenever possible.
