Only 8 overnight guests please. Policies Check-in & Check-out Check-in is at noon and check-out is at 5 p.m. Payment and Deposit Policy A $100 deposit will secure your reservation. Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will result in forfeiture of your deposit. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days before your arrival by check. No Pets Policy Although we understand that you may have the world’s best behaved little doggy, we don’t allow pets of any kind. Damage Policy A $250 security deposit will be required a week before your stay. This can be secured with a credit card. Problems? If you have any problems, complaints, or recommendations, please let us know. We want a chance to take care of any problems quickly and implement recommendations whenever possible. Directions* From Mpls/St. Paul take Interstate 94 East to the Baldwin Exit Highway 63 go north and 63 becomes 46 continue north to Amery. Once you see the large Slumberland on your left start looking for County Road F (about ½ mile). Take a left on County Road F and proceed about 3 miles The road makes a severe curve to the right. Stay to the right this is now called County Rd F/130th Street. Approximately one mile on your right is the house. Look for a grey colored garage with a dog kennel on the side and an orange flag that says, “WELCOME”. The house number is 764 130th Street. From the North take Highway 35 north to Taylors Falls. Exit Highway 8. Head east to Wisconsin. Once in Wisconsin, stay on Highway 8 for about 7 miles. Turn right on Highway 65. Go 4.8 miles and turn left on County Road F (be careful not to be confused by the County Road F that goes right to Trollhaugen – it is located about ¾ mile before County Road F to the left). Then go 3.6 miles and the house will be on your left. It is about ¼ mile after Garfield Park. Look for a grey garage with a fenced in dog kennel on the side with a flag that says, “WELCOME”.
